Depending on your needs, you can demand the following for your line:

Disconnect

Temporary

If you're travelling, on vacation or temporarily living abroad, and you don't want to pay phone bills during that time, temporary deactivation of your line is the right solution for you.

Permanent

If you decided for permanent deactivation of your subscriber number (and termination of your subscription with it), you must submit a formal request with identification documents attached (personal ID card or passport).

Moving

Keep the same number

Possible if you are moving your line within the same county.

Change of existing number

In case you move your line to another county in Croatia, your number changes at no cost to you.
