T-Com has met the deregulation of the Croatian fixed telecommunications market prepared for creation of business partnership and cooperation with other fixed network operators.

HT's Reference Interconnection Offer (RIO) defines the terms, conditions and technical specifications under which other fixed network operators in Croatia may use HT's network.

RIO describes the terms and conditions for basic services (Call Origination, CS, CPS…), however additional services can also be requested by the operator (e.g. termination to international destinations, calls to premium rate numbers, etc.) and will be offered on a commercial basis.
