Call Origination

Call Origination via Carrier Selection and Carrier Pre-Selection services allows other fixed network operators to easily access T-Com's end users for the provision of national or international voice services. The service enables other fixed network operators to collect national and international calls originated by T-Com end-users.

Call Termination

Call termination service conveys calls, handed over by the operator at an interconnection point, to destinations within T-Com Network.

Call Termination to international destinations

The service enables the operators to terminate their international traffic across the globe (to foreign fixed and mobile networks and to satellite network subscribers) via T-Com's network, with no need to establish their own relationships with carriers. T-Com offers termination to worldwide fixed and mobile networks.

Depending on the required quality/price, two types of service are available:
- termination to international destinations - Prime Quality
- maximum quality for calls
- termination to international destinations - Least Cost Routing
- competitive pricing with high level of service

National Transit

This Service enables the operator to terminate its calls into the network of another operator via T-Com network.

Calls towards special services numbers

The basic service enables calls from operator's end users towards special services offered by T-Com (Directory Enquiries Service/988 and General Information Services/981). On request, T-Com can offer access to additional special services numbers.

Calls towards emergency services

The service enables calls from operator's end users towards emergency services connected to T-Com's network.

Carrier Selection & Preselection

Carrier selection and pre-selection services are enabled by implementation of the operator's Carrier Selection Code (CSC) in T-Com network switches. All calls dialed with the operator's Carrier Selection Code will be rerouted to operator's network.

End-users can dial CSC on a call-by-call basis or order the pre-selection and have the calls, for which CPS is available, automatically rerouted to operator's network.

In both cases the selected operator carries the call to its final destination and provides direct billing and support services to the end user.

Number Portability

Number portability provides the ability for end users to retain their existing telephone number when switching to another operator.
