Network Access (Dial-Up)
Product created for ISPs, which allows physical connection of terminal equipment located at the service provider's POP to the connection point in T-Com Network with the purpose of enabling the provision of dial-up service. The connection is realized via ISDN PRA-T lines.
The service includes conveyance of data communication between end users and the service provider with call management programs allocated within T-Com Network.With this service, T-Com provides ISPs with access to T-Com's public telecommunications network.
T-Com assigns an appropriate 07x access code to the service provider, or some numbering range chosen by the service provider within T-Com network. The 07x access code is used by end users for dial-up access to the Internet.
Network Access (VoIP)
Designed for VoIP service providers, the service provides physical connection of the service provider's terminal equipment to T-Com network, including conveyance of voice traffic from the end-users to the service provider with call management programs allocated within T-Com network. The connection is realized via ISDN PRA-D lines.
T-Com implements the 075 access code in its network to allow VoIP provider access to T-Com's end users for the provision of VoIP services. The 075 access code is allocated to VoIP service providers by the relevant regulatory authority.
Leased Lines
Leased lines enable fixed point-to-point connectivity between two locations, independently of the communication protocol used by the customer.
The connection can be realized within Croatia, but the connection with destination in another country is also available.
The transfer speed is dependent on the contracted bandwidth of the leased line. Standard speeds vary form 64 kbps and nx64 kbps up to 2 Mbps, 34 Mbps, 155 Mbps and 622 Mbps.
Leased lines enable the connection in quality adjusted to fit customer's needs by leaving you the possibility of implementing the desired communication protocol.
Cable Ducts
Cable Ducts Rental Service enables Operators and Service Providers renting of free duct space capacities owned by T-Com
Rental includes providing space for installing fiber optic cable of a max. diameter O 26 mm in one sub-tube according to the available duct space. The rental price also covers regular maintenance provided by T-Com.
Optionally, T-Com can also be chosen to provide the installation of telecommunications cables in the ducts.
